What is production mode?
It relates to the production policy in “a company”; the facilitator will choose one of two modes: no shift work, and shift work.
① No shift work: Working overtime increases throughput by at least a maximum of 0.5.
② Shift work: Available options include two shifts and three shifts; the shifts are “automatically” decided by MBS system in accordance with production quantity while the game is underway. .
